more information
The publication, Tchuwju, appears in the occasion of his exhibition Nom nom nom at Galleri Blunk, in Trondheim. Nom nom nom incorporates a mish-mash of painting, printed matter and sculpture. Loops of patterns, figures, and shapes formed from new material and seasoned fragments leap across and beside each other. Various stages of manipulation lead the work down unexplored paths toward new settings. And because this is Andreas zone, Tchuwju follows the same pattern, being a compilation of different expressions but produced with the same medium and printed matter: risograph. His work is situated between the tension of the digital and the analogue and technique is really rooted in the working process. This process is used as an exploration of other techniques of production of visual material, which creates this explosive book in all directions where the image is what it matters, formalism. But not only. To him, it is very important both the found material but also his own content, and how transformations are done by the time and through all the experiments of going back and forth in his digital collage and unique technique.

om å vokse opp / være voksenKaroline SætreNOK 200
more information
om å vokse opp / være voksen is a publication consisting of two physically separated but related parts, one is text based (blue and red section) and the other is image based (white section). The blue section presents a collection of texts written from a childhood perspective. Each text relates to a given situation, and the titles of each text sets a sort of stage for the text. The white section is intended to be considered the main part (especially in volume), presenting a sort of diary from the artists’ years as a young adult. This section can also be seen as an intersection between the first (blue) and the last (red) section of the publication, as the third and last part of the publication presents texts written from an adults’ point of view. An underlying story in the text is the relationship between a girl and her father, and how this may change over the years between childhood and adult life. The situations are based on biographic material, although fictionalised.

Vortexringer og lysende nattskyerKaroline SætreNOK 50
more information
Vortexringer og lysende nattskyer is Karoline’s first contact with risography. For her this publication has been an investigation of the riso print as method, as well as a trial for an upcoming production with SMØR Press. In this printed matter — a subtle three-colour risograph print — the author wanted to focus on one single poem, and then to build the publication from that. It’s not Karoline’s intention to explain the poem, but the narrative of it can be found in the publication as a whole, and the choice of circles as a graphic element was a result of this process. The result is as a poster with an extract from the poem in one side and in the other, an unfolded (sort of) brochure with a series of nature photographs with the poem as a title for it.
